Terms of Service

AstroSense computes birth charts from real astronomy and generates written pattern analysis for self-reflection and personal interest. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it does not predict the future. Please read the Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old. By using AstroSense you confirm that you are.

Keep your login details secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Anonymous use is fine; a chart you cast is tied to your session until you sign in, and then it follows your account.

A one-time report (Snapshot $9.99, Compatibility $14.99) is a deliverable you keep in your account and can export. Your report is never a subscription. Pro ($4.99 per month) is an optional subscription for ongoing readings.

Pro renews automatically each month until you cancel. We show you the price and renewal terms before you subscribe. You can cancel anytime from your account, effective at the end of the period you already paid for, and cancelling is as simple as signing up. Anything to do with Pro leaves your one-time reports untouched.

Prices are shown before you buy, and payment is processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your chosen method for what you order. Prices may change over time, but never for something you have already bought.

See the Refunds page. In short: one-time reports are refundable within 14 days, and wrong birth data is fixed and regenerated for free rather than refunded.

When you add birth data, a name, or a photo, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You promise that you have the right to share anything you upload, including any photo or birth details of another person, and that it is not unlawful or infringing. Do not upload content you do not have the rights to.

Do not resell reports, scrape or copy the service, enter someone else’s data without their permission, harass others, or use AstroSense for anything unlawful. We can suspend or refuse service for abuse, but we will never revoke a report you paid for.

The AstroSense name, design, software, and written material are ours or our licensors’. Celebrity charts are algorithmic interpretations generated from public birth data; they are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or approved by the people described. You may read, keep, and share your own reports, but you may not resell or pass off our content as your own.

If you believe content on AstroSense infringes your rights, email hello@timurtek.com with the details and we will review it and act as appropriate.

AstroSense relies on providers such as Stripe, Google, and Vercel. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their part of the service.

AstroSense is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Readings are for reflection, not fact or advice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, AstroSense and Timurtek are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any decision you make based on a reading. Where we are liable and it cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to cover claims that arise from your misuse of the service, or from content you upload without the right to do so.

You can stop using AstroSense and delete your account at any time. We can suspend access for a breach of these terms. Either way, the reports you paid for remain yours.

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above, and we will highlight significant changes. Continuing to use AstroSense after an update means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of [governing-law jurisdiction to be confirmed], and disputes will be handled by the courts of that place, except where local consumer law gives you rights you cannot sign away.
