Refunds

One-time reports ($9.99 / $14.99). If your report isn’t what you expected, ask within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund it in full. Tell us why if you’re willing , it makes the reports better, but a refund doesn’t require an argument.

Wrong birth data. Entered something wrong? You don’t need a refund for that. Fix it and regenerate, free.

Pro ($4.99/mo). Cancel anytime and you keep access through the period you already paid for. If a renewal charged you when you meant to cancel, ask within 14 days and we’ll refund that renewal. Your one-time reports are unaffected either way.

To request a refund, reply to your receipt email or use the contact page with the email you purchased under. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
