1. Digital Product Nature

AstroSense provides digital birth chart analysis reports. These are generated instantly upon payment using astronomical calculations and user-provided birth data. As digital products, refunds are limited to specific circumstances.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only within 24 hours of purchase and only under the following conditions:

• The report fails to generate due to a system error or technical issue
• Customer support cannot resolve the technical issue within 24 hours
• The purchased report was not delivered to your account

Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with report content, change of mind, or if you simply decide you no longer want the report.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Contact our support team at hello@timurtek.com within 24 hours of purchase
2. Include your order number and describe the issue
3. Provide screenshots or details of any technical problems
4. Allow up to 48 hours for review and response

4. Refund Timeline

If your refund request is approved, processing typically takes 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.

5. Report Access

If you receive a refund, access to your purchased report will be revoked. We recommend downloading or saving any reports you wish to keep before requesting a refund.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases of significant service disruption or major technical issues affecting multiple users, we may offer refunds at our discretion. These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
