Refunds

The Snapshot Report ($9.99, one time). If your report isn’t what you expected, ask within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund it in full. Tell us why if you’re willing, since it makes the reports better, but a refund doesn’t require an argument.

Wrong birth data. Entered something wrong? You don’t need a refund for that. Fix it and regenerate, free.

Anything else. The Snapshot is the only thing you can buy today. If we add other products later, their refund terms will be published here before they go on sale.

To request a refund, reply to your receipt email or use the contact page with the email you purchased under. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
